My stay at Mangkuluhur Artotel Suites in Jakarta had its highs and lows. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making up for some of the hotel's shortcomings. However, the room I had could definitely benefit from renovations, and I encountered a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. Despite the setbacks, I appreciated the effort made by the staff, and I would consider returning in the future.

The room I stayed in was quite nice but felt a bit dated, with some damages that need fixing. While the bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled great, I did encounter some issues like a noisy flushing toilet and a less than ideal cleaning.

The staff were the highlight of my stay. They were friendly and went out of their way to assist with any issues I had, such as helping recover my lost toiletries and promptly addressing problems in my room.

The hotel is conveniently located near business hotspots and shopping areas. The access to transportation makes exploring Jakarta easier, especially with the option to bypass traffic via a rear exit.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jakarta, making it easy for me to explore the city. though I did miss having a swimming pool to unwind. I had an overall decent experience at Mangkuluhur Artotel Suites. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. However, my room showed signs of wear and tear, and I encountered a few maintenance issues which detracted from the experience. Still, the central location and variety of dining options made up for some of the shortcomings.
